Q. What if our clients have never requested financing before?

A. Offering financing should be a PROACTIVE sales strategy, to grow NEW sales you never thought existed. We would be happy to show you how this could work.

Q. Do my clients need to be homeowners?

A. No, with our financing your clients do NOT need to be homeowners.

Q. Is there a minimum transaction size?

A. There is no minimum transaction size. An administration fee is charged to the client. In our experience our financing starts to make sense for transactions of $800 or more.

Q. Is there a monthly minimum amount of transactions?

A. No, we do not hold you to a minimum number of transactions each month.

Q. Is my product used as security for the financing?

A. No.

Q. What does this cost me, the merchant?

A. There are no costs to be set up as a merchant to offer financing. Industry standard financing charges are applied when you put through a transaction. The Fee Schedule will be provided during the set up process.

Q. Is a fee charged to my client?

A. Yes, an administration fee is applied to your client’s bill when a transaction is  processed. The starting point for the admin fee is $39.99 and will increase based on the size of the transaction.

Q. What type of businesses qualify to offer Consumer Financing?

A. Almost any business that sells products and services to customers can qualify to offer financing. A few examples are retailers such as furniture, jewellery and electronics.
